My son got this call a couple of nights ago and I called it back and it was a survey group for car insurance. The recording said to press 9 to be on the do not call list. We will see how it works!

calls several times a day and hangs up without saying a word

This is a scam call. They gave me a "grant" of 9000 to be used for "anything" including the bank that I "invested" in when I was in college, and for anything else. I hung up on the caller. Scammers are trying to trick you into giving them money. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE EVEN A FEW MINUTES OF YOUR TIME!!!!!!
